There's biblical allusions that The Bigs in Big O are essentially mecha version of the Behemoth, Leviathan, and Ziz. Big O is the Behemoth from the Land, Big Duo is the Ziz from the Sky, and Big Fau is the Leviathan from the Sea. Big Venus, as well, is a Biblical allusion to the fallen angel Lucifer. Hell, Lucifer's name in of itself translates to 'Light-bringer', or 'Morning Star', a name attributed to the planet itself.

The problem determining what the Behemoth actually was meant to be according to the Judaic rabbi that had transcribed Job comes from a variety of things. Many of which are derived from the translations from Hebrew, given that the language lends itself to interpretation on what it means. It may be an Elephant, it may be a Hippopotamus, it may even be the first fanfiction monster ever created. We'll truly never know.

Overall, I prefer to look at the Trinity of Great Beasts this way. The Behemoth would be massive, or in the case of KC when out of her true form (Since in my mind all three should be able to transform into their true bodies) 'Dire'. It'd also be better for her to be a sort of amalgam or chimera of different parts similar to the composition of a Behemoth from Final Fantasy.

Leviathan would be more or less a sea serpent/middle eastern Jormungandr, and the Ziz would be a Roc Harpy, with a wing span of about six to eight metres, standing in the neighborhood of two-hundred and thirteen to two-hundred and forty-three centimetres.
