The Curse of the Forgotten Doll

A man enters a long forgotten mansion after his car breaks down, while he finds no one around or a working phone. He finds a decently-sized, old porcelain doll.

Upon touching it, the mansion comes back to life, restored to it's former glory. It even has it's own butlers and cooks, though they are disturbingly two-dimensional. The Living Doll is now alive, playing the role of the countess who owns the mansion, treating the man as though they had been together for years, living a life of wealth and comfort in the secluded mansion.

When they're having tea outside on a beautiful sunny day, the man mentions that it's been nice but he really needs to go. Asking for help with his car so he can leave. This is where the Living Doll goes slightly yandere and tells him calmly that he can never leave and that they're going to live here forever. The man tries to escape, but this only angers the Living Doll, causing the illusion to break temporarily, the countess flickering between her Human illusion and true Living Doll form. Will he escape? Or is he doomed to live in the mansion forever?

Scenes involve yandere, tender-loving femdom. With beautiful man on doll action!
