Previously I thought it was an even match with Flare being a powerful fire mage and Noel having some sort of super strength, but after HoloALT it is clear that Noel has UBER Strength, she could honestly just rip out chunks of ground and rock at yeet it at Flare full force to completely overwhelm her from a distance
