I have a rule, if I don't know the word almost instantly then I don't know it. I don't spend an inordinate amount of time on each card. 6 seconds and I pass on it. Anything I have to click "again" on multiple times I look it up to truly learn it. There's undoubtedly problem cards. I'd say a good 5-10% of any deck eventually end up getting suspended for being leeches.
