Now let's compare Inori to Satoko, Both were horribly abused when they were younger and they both lost the male role model in their life when they were young. Can't you see? Inori is what Satoko would've become if she didn't have her friend group, If she was forced to move to a brand new place and only allowed to talk to certain people. In the beginning, Keiichi and Satoko became lovers. Keiichi realized his feelings for Satoko were far to great just to be her Nii-Nii and wanted more, And Satoko couldn't be happier. For a time they were happy and Satoko finally found the love she was searching for all her life...But a rift started to form... Keiichi had big dreams in his life, He wanted to help Japan prosper by being a politican! In order to realize this dream he would have to move to tokyo and make a name for himself!...But Satoko didn't want that! All she wanted was to stay in Hiniwazama, She wanted to remain in the place that meant the world to her... And so they came to an agreement, Satoko would remain behind and wait for Keiichi to make a bit of name for himself. This system worked for a bit with Keiichi returning home every few weeks to be with his beloved and they would talk even with him in tokyo by the phone. It was hard, But Satoko was still happy...Untill...After Keiichi had stopped by Satoko started to notice something weird going on. Her periods kept coming later and later and eventually, Her pregnancy test came back positive. Satoko knew that this current arrangement could continue no longer, She wouldn't allow her daughter to grow up with an in-and-out father, She won't allow her daughter to never get to know what a father really meant as she did as a kid. When She told Keiichi the news he was conflicted, He was overjoyed knowing that he was going to be a father with the woman he loved but...In order to remain a constant presence in his daughters life he would have to give up on his dream of being a big shot politician. As the due date got closer and closer and his trips to Tokyo became less frequent the realization that his dream was never going to happen began to sink in. He began to become hate-filled, Slowly allowing his soul to die bit by bit until eventually, He went to a bar to drown his sorrows and then he met...her. A dark haired bitch who offered an ear to Keiichis troubles. Keiichi drunken and finally being able to express his true feelings in the matter became close to the bitch, And she offered him a place to stay for the night instead of returning to his hotel. Keiichi in a moment of weakness accepted... The ultimate betrayal of his love...

Keiichi immediately regretted what he did as soon as he sobered up and ran out of the raven haired bitchs apartment. He thought it'd just be over like that and that he'd never see her again. As he went back home he thought to himself that maybe it won't be so bad going to hiniwazama, Sure he won't have the power to make much change as he would in tokoyo but he could make a difference! He'd have his loving fiance and his daughter around him to keep up his moral! Everything's going to be okay...I still have Satoko!

Being forced to stay hidden about your love can change a person.
