Arte Refact produces anime OPs regularly, and one of the guys behind it managed to find Suisei's cover and liked it. They went into some talks and Sakuya Takai was open to making a song with her. Suisei did everything to make ends meet with both Holo management and Arte Refact, and now we have NCP. The people behind it are also big names, but it's largely connected to Sakuya Takai and Arte Refact. Regardless, the production quality is one of the highest and it's a really good song and MV. It was one of the reasons I got into hololive, the autoplaying song caught my ear as soon as I heard it when I clicked on her channel after one of her highlights
