I was wrong, I've just got one more left in me.
Caesar's Legion is perhaps one of the most reprehensible, vile, and cruel factions in the history of the wastelands. Formed by Edys Sallow, who took the title "Caesar" for herself, the Legion operates under one rule, Caesar's. Comprised of various tribes, raider clans, and bandit gangs, human and monstergirl alike, the Legion treats it's men even worse than the Enclave, keeping them as little more than sexual slaves for sating the lust of the troops or as the personal slave of a high ranking officer. To Caesar, men serve but one purpose: breeding. Caesar's desire is to conquer the wastes and destroy any technology her legion finds, and in doing so revitalize society and make it strong again, free from the "crutch" of technology. Though she was originally human, Caesar has long since transformed into a powerfu succubus, swaying countless tribes with her immense charisma. At her sides are her Spymaster, the Werewolf Vulpes, the captain of her guard and head torturer, the Apophis Lucia, and her mightiest warior, a giant of a woman named Lania. Lania's species is unknown due to her armor concealing her flesh, but she is huge, standing nearly two heads above everyone else.
>Author's Note #1: It seems there was once another Legate among Caesar's circle. A man named Joshua Graham. I have reason to believe that Caesar pined for him, but Joshua spurned her and was removed from the picture via immolation. Rumors among the legion of the continued survival of an individual they call "The Burned Man" implies that he may have survived.
>Author's note #2: The documents I've stolen and used for this entry make reference to yet another human man serving Caesar in the old days. A man named "Ulysses". He's only mentioned in one document, mentioning him as the leader of the "New Canaan campaign" but after that he vanishes. What happened to him?
