People have the same issue with dubbed content in the rest of the world, except there the dubbed content also includes american shows and movies. Dubs are bad because they are often rushed, have zero director input, have uninterested voice actors who don't even know what they are doing voice work for and will often use whatever methods to make things faster and cheapers.
All factors which HoloEN doesn't have, they aren't voicing over Japanese Vtubers. Your argument has reverse logic, you are trying to find a justification for an opinion you already formed, so it has no roots in reality.
