Please get a clue about storytelling.
Rika's character development in Saikoroshi would have been extremely important for Gou's plot, they wouldn't just nonchalantly skip over it. It didn't happen.

I don't understand why some people even keep insisting that Saikoroshi happened when there's nothing indicating that, but solid evidence to the contrary. Rika still has her witch persona.
