Revenge on Kogasa

You finally found a job after your previous job had gone under, thanks to the debt the owner owed to the Kappas. You now deliver sweets and cakes from a bakery. People would leave an order, and providing the goods to them once they were made was your job. Most of the time, it was simple stuff like cupcakes or cookies. The pay was good, and going up and down the village was good exercise.

Today was a special day; however, one of the more upper-class residents was getting married and had commissioned a giant cake for the after-party. The bakery owner had never put such heart into his goods before his reputation was on the line, and now all that needed to be done was to deliver this thing to the Weds. It wasn't heavy, but you still had to carry it in a box made specifically for it. You brought the box as if it were a compassionate living thing in it and made sure to take careful steps so nothing terrible would happen. You knew this was a big deal for your boss and wanted to ensure he knew you cared about your job more than anything else. As you walk, you hear rustling behind you; turning around to ensure it's not someone you might be blocking, you find an empty street. Maybe it was the wind or something. You really couldn't care less. There were more important matters at hand.
Turning back to continue your duties, you are met by a purple umbrella, and from behind it, a blue-haired girl pops out. "BERO BERO BAA!" she exclaimed. Now, any other day, this would have annoyed you, but you were so concentrated on this delivery that you were so startled that you ended up dropping the box. "SPLAT!" is all that could be heard from it. "That hits the spot!" Kogasa said, satisfied and rubbing her belly. She didn't even bother asking what the box was about. She just turned around and walked away like nothing had happened, leaving you mortified and looking at the box on the ground.

Three days later, and once again, you were out of a job. Mad couldn't even be used to describe how your boss was after he learned what happened to his magnum opus, as well as what you were feeling towards that umbrella yokai. Luckily for you, a friend had recommended you a position at Kourindou. It seems that Rinnosuke had heard what happened to you and was sympathetic enough to give you a part-time job till you could find a new one. The shop was outside the village, so you had to go there to talk more business about the position. As you walked, the path happened to meet a small stream that probably connected with the village, and you heard a tuned humming; a familiar voice could also be heard, HER voice, to be exact. You quickly followed the source of the sound, and sure enough, inside the stream was the same blue-haired girl that lost you your job, bathing herself. Thinking about giving her a piece of your mind, you were about to step out from the foliage but stopped. She was naked, and the dumbass had left all of her stuff too far from where she was; in fact, you were closer to her things than she was. By a tree, you could see the blue outfit she was wearing as well as her undershirt and white panties, and resting against said tree was that ugly umbrella she was carrying that day. You had a better idea; scolding her wasn't enough.

Kogasa was rinsing away the dirt off her body. "Ha... who would've thought that the Shrine Maiden would be patrolling this area today..." the memories of being knocked on her ass after attempting to scare the wrong human kept running on a loop in her head. With a sigh, she exited the stream and went to where she had left her things. "where did I put them?" Kogasa could have sworn she left her stuff by the nearby tree, and after a minute of looking around, she felt her stomach drop. "oh no, no, no..." she started to freak out. "please don't tell me someone took them!" Kogasa held her head in disbelief but quickly covered her nude body; someone was definitely watching. Another scary thought also hit her after her freakout: her umbrella was gone. Her clothes were one thing, but her umbrella was the last thing she wanted to lose. Glancing left and right, she spotted someone walking away in the distance. Her instincts were screaming at her to hide, but something caught her attention even more: her umbrella; the stranger was walking away with her umbrella and definitely her clothes, too. Kogasa was about to scream to get his attention, but the breeze hitting her nude, wet body brought the reality of the situation back into her pretty quickly. What could she do? If she tried heading back home, she had the danger of losing her umbrella forever to a stranger, but if she followed him, who knows where he could be headed? Tears began to form in her eyes; she was scared and embarrassed. Quickly shaking her head and slapping her left cheek, she regained her composure. There was no time for modesty; she needed to get her umbrella back no matter what she needed to do, all according to plan for you.
