Both would've been fine if they never got a Gen 2. Both their Gen 2 members caused multitudes of problems that drag their branches down. In CN you had Artia, who is a dumb kid that destroyed herself in an attempt to save face with both audiences she had accumulated whether or not she really believes the things she said, and you had Doris who has tons of stories of her being a backstabbing bitch both in holoCN and before she joined holoCN in her former Vtuber group.
In ID, you have Ollie who while in theory, isn't necessarily doing anything wrong(exposing the brand to a wider audience isn't bad) is going about it in a way that is undermining the image the rest of the members want to uphold and is actively driving away former fans and it's only a matter of time before it blows up in her face. Anya's also kind of a bitch, but there's nothing else really to talk about with her outside of that.
