Methodology here is to find each members's favorite based on how frequently they comment and to measure what percentage of a girl's chat is composed of those members' comments. Then, to measure the comments of those members and determine the % of their messages are superchats. And finally, how much the average of those superchats was.

Methodology for >>27952028 is: a comment is overseas if it's 70%+ non-Japanese text, and someone is designated overseas if 70%+ of their comments are like that.
People asked for JP watching EN, and while they didn't break it down, they gave 30.5% as the ratio of JP comments vs overseas comments.
