HrtP was released in 1992. The current year is 2010. That makes Reimu Hakurei at the very least 18 years old. Considering how she certainly was a grown child by the time the HRtP events took place, we can estimate her age at an absolute minimum of 9 years or so. This would make Reimu at least 27 years old.

Similar calculations can be made for Marisa, who first appeared in 1997. She'd be 22 years old by now. Even if we take out that ~9 years calculation for their approximate loli age, we'd still end up with them being rather grown up: Reimu being at least 18 years old, Marisa being at least 13.

At any rate, now it's quite clear that they are not the lolis you /jp/edos like to think they are.
