You'll have more luck in softcore movies, AKA pink films, V-cinema, or whatever they call it now in Japan.
Many actual AV actresses starred on those, just with simulated sex. Don't ask for titles though, without codes they're hard to find or browse. Assuming anyone bother to rip them that is.

They're not the majority but I've seen some good acting in JAV like Sho Nishino or Nanami Kawakami. Those with good enough acting skill usually ended up taking roles in V-cinema; granted those movies are basically softcore/sexploitation B-movie tier but still they put more emphasis in acting and storytelling than your average drama AV.
