Give this a shot. I don't know what type of router you have, but I had to make sure my linksys had the right numbers at the end of 192.168.1.XXX. With ipconfig /all you should see that preferred number.

I haven't seen many meltan threads since actress again came out. I'm assuming the players are trying to go into hibernation until the PC port. Unfortunately, since the creator said he has no interest in continuing the series and wants to move on to High Def fighting games, it might be a while.

You can try making a thread however when you're ready. Use this image for help. Also look into hamachi servers, those are good for matches.
