I imagine black markets would spring up for all sorts of monster products, as well as corporations creating Spirit/demonic energy powered augmentations. I don't think the general gloominess of a cyberpunk setting would really happen, things would probably look like hi-tech Lescatie with holographic signs and stuff.

I also get the feeling that monsters who get their natural monster bits augmented or replaced with cybernetics are somewhat looked down upon.
