This is true.

It is fun when they're weak to really do anything, really adds to their despair, hopelessness, vulnerability, and their feeling of vulnerability. Strong characters are a separate appeal and feel though, so it's not weird for you to not cross into both streams, but it definitely has it's merits. Sumi is pretty weak, just a cute schoolgirl, but her psionics make her a bit risky. Keeping her sexually or physically stimulated constantly would make it difficult to concentrate on that sort of thing, so hook her up with a vibe or two, a tight (within reason) collar, some headphones playing alice in chains, basically overstimulation, she'll be harmless.

Why Alice? What would make her better suited for being your owner than someone like Yuuka? Yuuka would probably be the best for that, though Yukari would be much better in the regards of making you feel completely powerless and dominated by her, she's a smart cookie, she'll have you like a puppet dangling from her fingers, every ounce of your body, mind, soul, and existence.
