For me and the way my autistic organisational systematising mind works, Maki Tomoda, Yumi Kazama, and Maki Hojo are undoubtedly the OLD GUARD and most deserving of being considered the faces of Madonna.
After that, you get the hags like Momoko Isshiki, Yuka Oshima, etc who are also respectable and seasoned but not to the same extent as the above.
Then you get the "2.0" Semi-Hag crew like Ririko Kinoshita, Ryo Ayumi, Kana Mito, and Marina Shiraishi (who's probably the most famous out of the bunch, especially to non-hagchads)
Then it's the "3.0" squad like Kanna Fuji, Aya Ueha, Aoi Ichino, Haruka Rukawa, and Yuka Tada.
And now we have the Next Generation (Nami Okimiya, Sayuri Hayama, Rei Kimura, etc) but it's honestly still too early to tell who will actually stick around long enough; the membership here is still consolidating.
Yuna Shiina is a random Ace card that suddenly appeared and joined the deck. Ai Mukai is similar and Nao is probably another anomaly.
Then there's all the other transfers and poached talent who are amazing additions but haven't been at the studio long enough to be considered Inner Circle yet.
