Me too. I remember one day in 2009, I was at uni calculus sitting behind a real cute girl with a bob cut and a full back tattoo of an elvish forest, something very tolken-ish. At the centre was a big tree sending out vines and roots that curled around roman pillars.

I had had several cans of bavaria and was too drunk to pay attention to class...all I could do was stare at her back (I was lucky that she was wearing a skimpy tank top, just like in OP pic) and watch her tattoo as the vines and roots was pulsate and curl and flick around.

I can trace my fetish for tattoos back to that day, and although I love most tattoos I still have a special love for chest and back pieces.
