On a side note, your train of thought is what often causes allot of conflict in the world. It is often far better to be clever than to openly oppres what you dislike. If you are interrested, you could take a look at the ending results of WWI and WWII. A vastly different tactic was used by the victors at the end of both wars, and the difference in results were staggering.

Clearly that Kikimora as mayor would be great. The streets would finnaly be clean again. She would put all homeless people through maid training and assign them to large homes to work in, so they no longer have to sleep on the streets.

She would even subsidize maids, making a maid affordable for everyone! Business would start blooming again too because MGC's logistics would finnaly be put back into order!
