Which monstergirls are the most likely to be masochistic?

I don't know, they fact that they're peaceful, otherworldy beings. The fact that they'd not only be willing, but wanting, to learn about our culture would already place favorable views on them. You seem to be pulling this thought of the majority in first-world countries actively pursuing a fight against an unknown species of sentient beings from "muh Independence Day", while simultaneously disregarding the forms of media that project a intergalactic alliance between humans and aliens.

The only issue I see with First Contact is:

A) An entry into our world is via sporadic tears (first thing that comes to mind are Void Fissures from Warframe). This would end being a roll of the dice, as you could either get peaceful beings like Satyros, Kobolds, and Gandharvas, or ferocious ones like Hellhounds, Ushi-Onis, or heaven forbid, Dark Matter, considering they're basically fucking DE/MM nukes.

If the latter happens, the public view would be skewed negatively, due the attacks and property damage from them, however, once people realize they're just very fuck-happy and not attempting to kill, relations would improve. Considering than within that time, more tears would appear,which would more than likely dump the more peaceful species, people would quickly realize that "Oh hey, it's just these certain types that are rapey".

B) Intentional contact. This would very likely be composed of a team of diplomats, including a Lilim, to not only touch base and establish relations with humanity, but also gauge our political, economical, and military power. Despite the magitek they possess, it would be incredibly foolish to declare war, since their objective is most likely integration with this world. This scenario is ideal, since MG immigration would be carefully vetted and picked to bolster their standing with the various societies in our world. After the "shock" subsides, and humanity is more receptive/welcoming, immigration could be loosened up and the more "problematic" MGs could be allowed in, granted they are educated on what is and isn't alright to do. Standard immigration and visitor laws can be applied.

With this, the biggest concern I'd have is the "image" of the demonic/angelic races.
