I rather like Colorful Days, Relations, and, if we're including albums, Kiss Me Goodbye from Azusa's MA album.
Azusa, hands down. But Takane's voice is awesome as well.
I have no clue what the costumes are named. But someone at BanNam was onto something when they made the costume in this video:
