To be honest, I think getting out of here would be a good idea either way. The image board format isn't an efficient medium for doing anything other than wasting time. I managed to temporarily quit /jp/ for a month a while back and cleared a good chunk of my anime backlog during that time.

I think everyone here can agree that 2013 was the nadir of /jp/ board quality do to cuteposting, but the board was still tolerable well into 2011 and much of 2012. Things only started their terminal decline when the /v/ monoculture began assimilating all of the other boards in 2014 via all the autists that GG attracted.

Anyway, everyone should go fap to coke-buta.
