Half the cast in Umineko are giant cunts, but by the ending everyone just decide to live happily in the Golden Land and pretend that Kinzo wasn't a horrific rapist and abusive father, Yasu didn't try to horribly murder everyone in the family, Rudolf and Kyrie didn't try to murder everyone in the real turn of events, and Genji didn't enable the first two and their horrible actions leading to the disastrous ending.

Sotsu's ending just pretends that all the worlds Satoko left behind didn't matter, with the people having to live through the horrible tragedies just being completely ignored.

Hou+ has the cast party have a discussion on Sotsu and how everything is okay because the final world is happy for everyone, so all the previous worlds can just be dismissed as dreams and nobody gives a shit about the rest of the club in those worlds stumbling on Satoko and Rika's corpses and never getting any answers.
