World Guide 3 also goes into great depth explaining how incubi are just as human as heroes, and indeed there is no meaningful distinction between them. Both are just humans with their limiters removed.

Well, the easy answer is it functions because most men aren't constantly having sex.

Heck, a lot of incubi simply replace sleep time with sex time as they get just as rejuvenated by it, enabling them to have about as much regular day time activities as any other person.

Among the exceptions are if the man is so fat or old that it's a hindrance for sex, in which case their forms will change markedly. Also some will become shotas or mature men if their monster wife wants it enough.

Becoming an incubus too quickly can result in some issues until you eventually adapt. KC made a twitter post that detailed a lot of this and how it relates to "stats" in the MGE. May as well post the translation for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Not that scare-arousal has no place in the MGE of course, monsters like manticores love it (though only to a point).

Some parts of this tweet I think bear more talking about. Namely just how difficult it is even for a hero to level up superhuman strength and such (to the extent that even though anyone the chief god blesses can do it in theory, in practice very few actually do). It really shows how good level drain must feel if many incubi are motivated to train to maintain or increase their power as a fighter in order to get the full benefits from it.

The idea of incubi potentially losing control if they become incubi too quickly is also intriguing to me. Namely just what does this "loss of control" look like? Orgasming uncontrollably from the smallest touch?
