Death Stranding should be lots of fun for Aki all the way to the end, and assuming she doesn't speed up the rate of DS videos, it'll last her for many months. Though I get the feeling she'll start putting it within her weekly schedules, alternating between it and Ark.
Depending on how ARK develops, I think Aki will probably stick with it for a long time (longer than almost any other Holo), even dabbling in using a lot more Workshop Mods to keep things fresh. Until something new/better than ARK shows up to tickle the same monster hunting and building they enjoy so much, it will remain a cornerstone title.

In Aki's recent stream, someone superchatted wanting to see Aki play a horror game, and a few others chimed in.
With how Aki approaches each Ark stream with a new goal and tricks to try out, I feel some open games with room to goof around and experiment would fit Aki really well. Sort of in the same vein as DS or Ark but a little more action focused - a focus on exploring, hunting/gathering and using some indirect tactics to combat stuff. Imagine Aki playing The Witcher or MGSV or something.
