I mean, Shion, Haato and Fubuki are pretty explainable. They started making friends outside of Matsuri, so their interaction dried up. Now, it's way too awkward for them to try to set it up again (did you see how awkward it was when Matsuri joined the APEX stream with Roboco and Shion?)

Besides simply finding new friends to hang out with, being Matsuri's friend is probably really exhausting. Back when Tamaki used to collab with Matsuri (another dead connection), she talked about how Matsuri would call her in the middle of the night to cry about how she wasn't doing her job properly. Matsuri treats her friends like they're her psychiatrist, which is no position anyone wants to be put in. Naturally, with so much emotional baggage constantly put on you, you'll try to escape that relationship.

The only person that I see consistently stay with her through all this time was Kotone, who genuinely seems to love Matsuri (she's always in her chat). But in Hololive, Matsuri is screwed. No one wants to collab with her, and like Luna, she'll continue to get ignored until she gets PTSD to her days in high school and eventually kills herself or graduates.

How do you think it feels to be actively ignored by your coworkers?

I dunno what you mean by "existential crisis". I view her roommate gig more like back-up in case something doesn't work out in Hololive. Either way, it doesn't really matter to me, I'll keep watching her either way.
