Right so here's a few things

>Stat array
Even though they're based on kitsune races, Kitsune array is +2 dex, +2 charisma, -2 strength, Merrow is +2 wis instead of dex giving her heavy favor to Caster classes

>Base speed 5
Even though it seems incredibly low, If a certain kind of person doesn't care, they can be an oracle of flame (Charisma based class) and with the right revelation, gain 10 move speed, along with fleet feats to stack up more on base speed till they even out with regular human walk speed.
This is without going into magic like Expedatious retreat (lasts for minuets per level, gives 30 move speed)

>+2 to enchantment spells
This is a big one, so let's look at 1st level spell Charm Person.

Using a Sorcerer Merrow with say, infernal bloodline (When casting a spell from charm school +2 to resist) and then spell focus for charm magic, straight from level 1, with a first level spell, a DC of 21 to resist being her best friend. and it only goes up.
Even without Infernal bloodline and using just Arcane or Aquatic, she still has a dc19 to resist her charms.

for reference, A level 7 creature with a strong Will save and 20 Wisdom for extra Will save, will have only a 50% chance to resist her.

+2 is just THAT good on her
NOT TO MENTION the other problem skill: Merrow Magic (Merrow are considered to have a caster level of +1 higher than their actual caster level) which makes all her spells just hit way harder.

So basically what I revamped was Merrow magic is a quick action to pump up her spell one level and give +1 for enhancement, and can use it 3 times a day.
