Follow this vid if you have it on Steam, otherwise if you have a pirated / regular copy, then get the downgrader provided in that link since it has a bunch of essential mods that simplifies the process. You'll be using MTA, not SAMP to play the game. After you the base game set up, you'll want to download this and put this in the MTA mod folder:
