If you find it hard to justify buying a tablet and have an old laptop you wanna replace, you can buy a second-hand Thinkpad X1 Yoga. It's basically a laptop that you can convert into a tablet and it's powerful enough to handle it. The pen it comes with is made by Wacom too. I think it's an alright investment since you can use it for other purposes aside from drawing since it's a laptop.
