How would monster girls handle living on an ecumenopolis? Especially the wild or nature types.

Whats a ecumenopolis??? Basically it's a literal planet wide city, basically a massive super duper city that covers the entire planet. Examples are Coruscant from Star Wars and Ravnica from Magic the Gathering.

So yeah, how would Monstergirls live in an ecumenopolis??? Especially since it's LITERALLY THE WHOLE ENTIRE PLANET COVERED IN CITY. So I guess it means aqua girls do not get to immigrate into Monstergirl ecumenopolis the .
