It is a trying time for us all. I don't watch Miko a whole lot but even I'm feeling down about her long absence. Especially so because I know it makes my oshi sad that she is ill.

She has so far streamed continuously for hours on end with a fucked up sleep schedule and been fine. This one time she got extra sick during a period where people normally get more sick than not.
The disease in of itself might not even be life threatening just something you need to pay attention to which is what she did this time around.
And besides she was still healthy enough to do her VILLS concert despite wanting to take an extra weeks rest.

With all this considered you shouldn't worry in excess as this particular case is not the norm.
