I forgot to tell you to use this https://www.dnsleaktest.com/ if you want to check if you successfully change you DNS. For example if you use Google DNS yet you see a bunch of DNS IP appears in that website especially your own ISP DNS then your system is fail to change the IP.
WARP is similar to SimpleDNSCrypt except it using Clouflare DNS. But Cloudflare is blocking some website like archive.org and has a lot of bugs that make you fail to resolve some website sometimes like streamable.com.
