I didn't write the youko one, but I did write a few. I'm the one who proposed monster hunting on /tg/ as an "add-on" faction to KC's setting.
Also, I'm scrapping Promethea. I already felt wary about making a donut steel, and I figured that the Four Souls faction would be better to build off of, even if I personally prefer some potential level of egalitarianism since I like the idea of monster allies fighting alongside. Have the tactics, spells, and arifacts spread west and make sure it won't end up being repurposed like how gunpowder did.
Hopefully I can find more stuff in MGE to work off of and KC releases more content relevant to my interests to work with.
