Pika got to be too loud and sharp for my ears. Reminds me of a children's show.
Like "TODAY'S LETTER IS THE LETTER P!
P IS FOR PIKAMEE!
THAT'S ME!
YAAYYY!!"

I was actually expecting her to read a children's book and am moderately disappointed but it's Ame and her voice, so.

Yes, enduring is very possible.
You stop what you're doing and focus on your breathing, trying to control and establish a pattern to get your airways to relax (in my case, I pace holding my breath to force tense lung muscles to relax). You can overheat from this (especially if coughing is involved) so you have to keep cool with ice packets and shit, also get out in open/circulating air.

A good thing to do is pay attention to possible triggers and avoid them or take preemptive action before symptoms get bad (if you can detect an oncoming episode). Also stay well-hydrated.

From an anon who lost faith in going to doctors just to be given inhalers (that didn't always work) and not having a main issue addressed. The body is impressively resilient.
