There are many, many factors to consider here, most vital of which I think is the degree to which both humans and monsters are willing to put up with some sort of properly managed impregnation programme / sperm donation.

In which case, human women monsterized, no more new males, monstergirls get to gorge themselves silly on semen and husbandos for one generation, but in the next one you have forced daughter dicking, and in the NEXT one, once the silver fox studs die off, you have no dicks at all. Everyone dies. The end.
