Culture isn't necessarily something grand, anon. All you need is a tradition that relies on context, and people who will pass it on and teach others.
A little turn of phrase, a symbol that holds unique context to you, a relationship that's understood without words, or a set of actions given meaning through repetition. That's all that you need for a culture to form. And we have a lot of that here. Even if a lot of it is formed out of what we brought with us when we first came here, what we turned it into is what makes it our own.
