So anon, you may be wondering 'portals when?'
I'm here to tell you, "never, but not really"
You see its simply a case of energy, if you consider our universe the primary one and that theirs was created by a being in ours than the total amount of energy they have to work with is much less, orders of magnitude less in total.
What does this mean? that means that no matter what they do, even if they're able to harness the total amount of energy in their universe they'd never be able to open a portal to our universe due to the sheer energy difference.
The only solution, is instead to open it on our side. Simply speaking while we could observe and interact with their universe it would be impossible for them to do the same with ours. Meaning that the only hope we have to open the portals is to work on it from our side since currently at best only one way communication is possible into the MGEverse.

I highly doubt that any sandworm could live that long (10k+ or even more years since monsters were turned in mamono) without a husband.
