Seeing as how Eric's in it, this must be preview footage. I thought it might've been old since at that time the website still had the recruitment notice (was still up even in Sept: https://web.archive.org/web/20190801114805/https://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/youhananishini/bosyu/)), and the following episodes never aired this. I gave up waiting for it. Apparently it still hasn't aired even half a year later despite all the footage being shot long ago?
