MGE wise I think body type wise, most things are good as long as they aren't completely breaking the conventions of the original. Like a 7 foot tall dommy dommy Baphomet or Greenworm would be weird when there's other girls who would fit the mold better. Most of the obvious hyper or giantess, general /d/ things are frowned upon too. Personality wise, lots of things can fly I'd say, as long as it fits MGE standards. My Greenworm is pretty much just a regular girl that wears clothes who happens to be hungry often instead of the low intelligence food only Greenworm the profile says, and both KC and Will have said it's alright when I've asked. All in all it's your character so do what you want.
