If by easy you mean mechanically easy then I'd say Erin, Sanae, Ran, Koishi, Iku, Yuyuko, Flan, Rumia, Yuugi, Eiki, Aya, Byakuren, and like pretty much every girl that is not Kaguya, Alice, Murasa and Kanako.

The harder girls would be the micro ones. Out of which the only two girls that require decent micro are Alice and Murasa, Maybe Momiji since pupper scouting is very useful and you can TP to the puppers, but it'snot required and the doggos obey unified orders so you can just use them for fighting without any major problem since they are tanky and expendable.

Flan's illusiuons actually follow unified orders!
Reisen's do not but you can box them since they don't require much micro other than selecting the target you want them to attack
Yuuka's the same as Reisen, although her illusion is FUCKING annoying to try to micro if you are a lazy cunt like me and refuse to set up control groups since for some ungodly reason the chink devs thought it was a wonderful idea to be able to tab through individual flowers. At the very least they could have made it so tabbing selected ALL flowers just like you can tab between Nature's Prophet and his treants as a group.

Problem comes when you take into account you need some game sense to be effective outside of lane bullying.

Dots is not exactly balanced. When it comes to carry v carry later on in the game (minus the teamwork factor due to skill levels being all over the place and thus making teamwork unreliable in most games) it just comes down to hero match up. It comes down to carries who have the edge relative to their opponent like Iku vs Flan or any melee, or Koishi vs anyone who can't survive moren than three hits from her.

The real problem is when you let them absolutely free farm and lane in an empty lane for 15 minutes and don't push their shit in other lanes when you can/gank them early, this happens rather often. but given the uneven skill and experience levels taking advantage of time windows will vary heavily from team comp to team comp, player wise.

Only way this will be fixed is when players become better at the game and develop better game sense for the flow of the game, at that point we will complaint about how imbalanced everything in this game mod is and start calling others <hero> Pickers.

But who wants to do that? That doesn't sound like fun at all! Nothing in my post sounds fun! This is /jp/dots! not /mlg/dots! We are here because we all secretly want to be cute girls and cuddle with other cute girl /jp/sies. Dots is the closest thing we have to that.
