I miss Jure, she actually loved me even though I was just a poor dumb hobo without enough money to buy a gold bar for her. She accepted all my random junk stones and cheap mica ores that I found from digging nefian walls with my own hands and always rewarded me with the sound of her sweet voice. Everyone is so greedy, "give me expensive jewels!", "give me futuristic military equipment!", "burn all your crafting materials in my name!", "become a slave of the cannibal overlords in Yowyn!" (except Opatos, he is kinda cool but his eternal laughing is destroying my ears). Breaking her heart to start this greedy "god reward farming" adventure was a mistake.

No, the original path was pretty short (c/games/freeware/elona).
Now the game freezes if I don't rename the folder after turning on the computer (going back to the original name will break the game again). I have no idea what is going on anymore (1.70 still works fine), but I will just accept my fate and rename this folder forever so I can enjoy the game in peace.
