As for the epidemic, it really depends on whether there's an upper limit. My ideal size is actually more or less what I posted in >>17529644 so if it stops before going past that I wouldn't mind. If it just went infinitely, then yeah that might be bad.

For Paizuri in particular, optimal is either just big enough to let the tip of the dick peek out so the girl can lick it, or at least big enough to completely consume the dick. Not sure which I prefer. They also need to be firm enough to apply pressure to the dick, but soft enough to still be comfortable. For sag, there should be just a hint.
