Here's what Cover should do to help Dragon fight the chinks:
1) Hire moderators, setup Nightbot. An obvious one, they already doing it or trying to do it
2) Publicly call out chinks/spread awareness about the issue. Pretending that they don't exist doesn't work, might as well recruit allies on your side and embarrass them
3) End retarded collab ban, whether it's self imposed or not. Make chinks spread themselves thin, and and drown them in new fans.
4) Offer official Hololive-branded browser extension for filtering chat. If Youtube can't offer any anti-spam measures, Cover should do it themselves
5) Make official Hololive-branded mobile app with built-in chat filter. I personally am not a mobilefag, so I don't know if they already have an app, but if they don't they should.
6) Fire official complain with Chinese embassy in Tokyo
