I played SR3 with my brother and it was one of the most fun experiences we've had. The second player doesn't feature in cutscenes/the story really, but the game does split mechanics for some minigames between the two and the experience is honestly better overall with two people.
Imagine Amelia yelling SSSSHIT while struggling to drive a limo that handles like shit, while Gura shrieks when she realizes she has to literally do a prostitution minigame in the back seat after they pick up a client.
