Let me spin a counter narrative, if I may.
The culprit behind this is Enma.
After the events of the Sport Fest, Enma thought the chinks were coming after Haachama next, so she decides to enforce the server split. She of course has no experience dealing with Haachama, so she just probably said: "take some time off for a bit, and also, don't use the HoloEN tag."
She did not know Haato has a flare for the overdramatic and was going to livestream her suicide in front of 30.000 people.
This brings us to Coco: her channel has not being growing as fast as Haachama because of the lack of collabs and the member only streams. Seeing the split getting tougher instead of relaxing got her into an attitude of "fuck it. for 1000 subs a day I might take off for a while." Disease and exhaustion are also likely factors.
She will wait out until the time limit of the EN ban collab is lifted, which is probably when all CN is finally graduated. She needs time to practice for the Holofest anyway: she is the only "bad" singer in Hololive who can actually improve her skills (Noel, Choco and Ame all have hearing issues) . Enma will have to concede eventually because their talents look up to Coco (particularly the EOPs, who only had clips to go by)

tl:dr It's too much of a coincidence Haachama is kicked out of the server and Coco takes a break the next day. En management must be the cause behind both, directly or indirectly.
