It's an hour or two late, but here's this week's installment of the Fallen Brides translation. It brings Merce's story to a conclusion, so now would be the time to read it if you were waiting on the whole thing.

The version on the blog (link in the pastebin) has more formatting and a scan of the KC illustration from the book inserted in its proper place.

I'll be taking a week or two off for work-related reasons, but when I come back I'll have another poll to decide the next MGE story I translate. I'll update the ebook version (DL on the blog) with Merce's chapter then.

This week's Fallen Brides translation update. It's another short one because I've been busy with work and other projects, but next Wednesday's update will definitely finish Merce's story.

Fallen Brides translation update. 2 more at most until Merce's chapter is complete.

This update is short because of snow and also because my copy of Nioh (which I imagine is considered highly offensive in monster girl land) finally arrived.

Enjoy the brief lull between sex scenes, and then the beginning of the pregnant sex scene that runs to the end of the chapter.

Here's this week's Fallen Brides translation update. It's short because a week of blizzards have severely cut down on the time I can spend translating, but it does finish Merce's first extended sex scene (which clocks in at just under 10,000 words).

We're about 70% done now. Expect more next week. As always, any comments or corrections are appreciated.

Fallen Brides translation update. It's a day late because I was travelling, but enjoy another 2,500 words of Merce's chapter.

Next week's update should bring us past this extended sex scene and into the final section of the chapter. It's a long one, though, so that's still another 20 pages.

As always the version on my blog (link in the pastebin) has more formatting.

Weekly Fallen Brides translation update. It's a bit late and short (only 2,000 words) because work and keyboard problems kept me busy this week.

I hope you like this sex scene, because it goes on almost as long as the 10,000 word one in Sasha's chapter.

Fallen Brides translation update. 3,000 words this week. Was going to be more, but I had to format my HDD and I've still got 3 manga to translate scripts for.

Enjoy snake sex, because it's going to continue for something like another 20 pages. (And FB pages are huge.)

Here is this week's installment of the Fallen Brides translation, encompassing around 2,800 words and the remainder of Merce's corruption/transformation scene. Enjoy.

Sorry for the late update. Personal circumstances intervened.

Weekly Fallen Brides translation update. Only 2,300 words this week because I had to spend a little over a day repairing my laptop. My translation of Fate/Strange Fake is basically caught up to the Japanese release now, though, so probably expect longer than usual updates for the next couple of months.

Anyway, enjoy Merce's fight with Deruella. As always, the version on my blog has more formatting, if you care about italics.

Merce's chapter of Fallen Brides won last week's poll, so here's another 2,500 words of that translation. The two stories that did not win will be on the next poll, which will happen when this story is finished. The next poll will not have a Fallen Brides chapter on it, for the sake of variety.

This week's update is a day late because I had no electricity most of yesterday. Next week's update will be on Wednesday again, as usual.

Enjoy alcoholic eye patch snake.

I'm having another poll for which MGE story I should translate next. The options are the World Guide II short from last time, Merce's chapter of Fallen Brides, and The Imperator Doesn't Sleep.

Merce

Imperator

I wanted to make the Imperator sample longer, but I'm pressed for time. I might add a little more tomorrow night.

Sorry this week's update is late.

The translation of Koyoi's chapter of Fallen Brides is now complete. The version on the blog (link in the pastebin) has more formatting and the KC illustration.

Next week's update will include a fully formatted ebook for all of Fallen Brides so far. It may also include the next poll, if I get the samples for it done in time.

Weekly Fallen Brides translation update. It's a bit short (2,000 words) because there's not enough left in Koyoi's chapter for next week otherwise, and I don't have time to finish it today. As usual, you can read it with more formatting on the blog (link in the Pastebin).

Next week's update will finish Koyoi's chapter. After that I will take a week off while I prepare an ebook of all of Fallen Brides so far and work on samples for the next poll.

The poll to decide what I translate next will have 3 options. One will be the World Guide II short that lost the last poll; one will be another Fallen Brides chapter; one will be from another book. Options for that last one include The Imperator Doesn't Sleep, the two Diaries of the Age of Monster Love, (chapters for slime, selkie, tanuki, holstaur, etc.) and After School Alice Tale.

Let me know if you have any specific requests, although I can't promise I'll take them.

Today's update is later and shorter than usual because of real-life complications, but here's another 2,000+ words of Koyoi's chapter. Another two updates should finish the story.

Weekly Fallen Brides translation update. About 3,400 words this time. Unfortunately, this is a long section, so I wasn't able to reach a natural breaking point like I have in previous updates.

This section concludes Koyoi's flashbacks, and begins what I'm sure we all knew was coming eventually. This brings us to 60% completion on this story.

As usual, the version on the blog (link in the pastebin) has italics and other formatting, which some of you may find helpful.

Weekly Fallen Brides translation update. 3,000+ more words of Koyoi's chapter.

Also I switched from using "Dark Lord" to "Overlord" because basically every other term Seven Seas used in their release was identical to what I've been using, so I figured I might as well to avoid confusion.

Koyoi's story won the poll 4 to 1, so here's more of the translation. I'll post another update about this long (2-3,000 words) every Wednesday until it's done. When it's done I'll make another poll, with the loser of this poll and one or two new stories.

Be aware that Koyoi speaks with an accent. This is not currently reflected in the English text because all my attempts when drafting it so far have been cringeworthy.

OtherSideofSky here. I'm sorry I haven't posted any MGE translations in a while. I think I've finally figured out how to get out of my current cycle of obsessing over one project at a time and falling behind on everything else.

Here's about 2,000 words of Koyoi's chapter of Fallen Brides:
http://pastebin.com/NLHdPuR5

And here is the first 2,000 words of the short story from World Guide 2:
http://pastebin.com/TQtpsBM1

There are so many MGE stories to get through that I wanted to make sure I was working on the ones that people are most interested in. So, I've translated the start of two very different stories of roughly equal length, and made a strawpoll for them. Vote for whichever most interests you, and I'll post another translated section of that one every Wednesday evening until I'm done. Then I'll make another poll, with whichever story doesn't win this one, and a new story. If no one votes by Sunday night, the people I play fighting games with decide which one I translate.

In case anyone still cares, I've finally finished editing Wilmarina's chapter of Fallen Brides. This second draft fixes several errors on my part, numerous formatting issues, and generally makes the whole thing more reasonable. If the stilted translation was hurting your enjoyment, I suggest giving the story another read.

As usual, the version on my blog (link in the Pastebin) has more formatting, the KC illustration from the paperback, and links to an ebook version, if that interests you.

I've also finished a draft of the short story from World Guide I ("Until She Falls"), and should be done typing it up in the reasonably near future.

After that, I plan to tackle one of the non-Fallen Brides stories, just for a bit of variety.

Finished translating the last bit of Sasha's chapter in Fallen Brides. It's mostly denoument, but it also describes post-monster Lescatié in more detail than the previous two, so that may interest some of you. The KC illustration is also in this section, but Pastebin doesn't do images, so you'll have to check the blog for that (link in the Pastebin as usual.)

My next priority is second drafts of the previous two chapters and an ebook of all three with better formatting. After that will probably be either the next chapter, Primera's, or the short story from the end of World Guide I. If people would rather see a story from one of the other collections (Strange's two books set in the future, or the Wonderland book, for instance), feel free to let me know.

Forgot to share this yesterday. As promised, here's another 2,600 words of Fallen Brides translated. Sasha's 10,000 word sex scene is now at an end, but there are still about ten pages left in the chapter, so you can look forward to a much more involved denoument than the previous two chapters.

Expect another update about this long (or maybe a bit longer) in another two weeks.

In case anyone is still reading it after my long, thesis-related hiatus, here's another 4,000+ words of the Fallen Brides translation. About two thirds of the way through the chapter now. As usual, the version on my blog has more formatting than the pastebin.

Also, my thesis is done now, so expect actual regular updates (roughly biweekly) for the first time in forever.

Merry Christmas!

I may not be able to keep a schedule, but I HAVE returned from masters thesis hell with another 5,000 words of Sasha's chapter of Fallen Brides translated for you. This brings the chapter to about 60% complete. Anticipate another update around New Years (for real this time.)

As usual, the version on the blog (link at the top of the Pastebin version) has more formatting and is thus more readable.

It's been longer than I would have liked, but I have the first quarter or so of Sasha's chapter of Fallen Brides translated now. It gets through the preliminaries at a much faster clip than the previous two.

Expect shorter and more regular updates on this one from now on, but I can't promise a definite schedule because my thesis takes priority.

Also, I recommend reading this one on the blog (link in the pastebin) rather than in the pastebin, because it's got a lot of important italics.
