You guys should really give Noel a chance.
I did, and I found out that she's an incredibly sweet, kind and caring person. She's fun and entertaining to watch, she's pretty good at the games she plays (just look at her Nioh streams) and overall she's just really great! Give her a chance, I think you'll like her!
