Seeing as Sakuya is always the one to feed her, there's a good chance she actually hasn't directly killed anyone knowingly at least. It then follows that from her isolation, and very naive mind which is already pretty mentally fragile, killing 4 people in self-defense after having them scream at the top of their lungs (And probably shoot at her as well) might really upset her.
