Ayame has Chron's disease and it's not a narrative. She mentioned, by name, chronic enteritis a couple of times including on twitter where it's easily searchable. Why do people think it's a narrative? It's a disease that is treatable but has no cure and one of its symptoms is diarrheas.
Do people think Ayame watches all anime known to man and plays a trillion hours of League and FFXIV because she's a giga stacy instead of a loser with self esteem issues?
